「The Musicians of Bremen」

A long time ago, there were four animals living far out in the country. They were a donkey, a dog, a cat, and a rooster. They were too old to work on a farm any longer, so they decided to go to Bremen to be musicians.
The four animals went along the road leading to Bremen. When night came, they got hungry and tired.
“Look! There is a house over there! Perhaps there is some food,”the donkey said.
They came to the house and looked through the window. “It's a house full of robbers,”said the donkey. The robbers were eating their evening meal.
“Can't we drive them away?”the rooster said.
They quickly made a plan. The dog jumped on the donkey's back.
The cat climbed on the dog's back. The rooster flew up and stood on the cat's back. Then the donkey said:“Now!” And they broke the glass of the window.
They sang their songs together loudly:
“HEE-HAW! HEE-HAW! WOOF! WOOF! MIAOW! MIAOW! COCK-A-DOODLE-DOO!”
Of course, the robbers were very surprised. They thought a terrible monster had appeared. They all ran out of the house and never came back.
The four animals could eat all the food. They were very happy in the house. They stayed there and never went to Bremen.
Every evening, after supper, they sang together. It was a terrible noise, but they liked it. They thought they were the best musicians in the world.

　英語特有のイントネーションやリズムがとても自然で、耳に心地よく入ってきます。つなげて読むところなどは、しっかり練習している様子がうかがえます。スピードも丁度良く、人に聞かせることを意識していることがスピーチから伝わってきました。
　もう少し表現豊かに語りかけることを意識すると、さらに聞き手に響くスピーチになるでしょう。
